  • Checking the trademark’s eligibility for application and registration with the support of AI and reporting its chances of success
  • Conducting market research to determine if the mark is being used in the market.

Trademark Application & Registration Procedures

  • Analysing the relevant classes (sectors).
  • Filing the application to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office

  • Initiating and finalizing the renewal procedures for trademarks after the 10-year registration period.
  • Renewing trademarks that were not renewed by the registration expiration date within the next 6 months with an additional fee.

  • Identifying deficiencies of these trademarks on a country-by-country basis.
